HR Hotel & Spa

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Gina kindly picked us up from the train station and drove us to the hotel, which made our arrival so easy. A special thank you to Tony, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He drove us to the train station whenever we needed, recommended the best restaurants in the area, and even helped us book our ferries to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi. As a lovely gesture, the hotel also gave us a beautiful souvenir to remember our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was perfect. We truly felt looked after and couldn’t have asked for better hospitality.

Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. Hotel manager Gina truly deserves a special mention. She was very friendly and welcoming from the very first moment. Gina picked us up at Piano di Sorrento station, which we greatly appreciated. On the day we left for another location, she also took us back to the station. Additionally, upon arrival, she gave us an extensive tour of the hotel and a clear explanation of everything. Thanks to the warm service from Gina and the entire team, we felt welcome immediately. Highly recommended!

The staff member (Gina) was extremely kind and even provided transportation between the nearest station and the hotel. The hotel terrace was open during sunset, and we were able to enjoy free drinks and bread, which became a wonderful memory. There was also a hairdryer provided in the room.

it was close by to the things we were doing.

There was no air in our room and the fan did not work. Pictures of the room shown did not match what we had.
