At 500 meters from the center of the pretty village of Palau, in the Capo d'Orso Marina Residence, 50 meters from the beach, a short distance from the most beautiful beaches in the area, 35 km from Porto Cervo and the Costa Smeralda, Cape Terraced Three-roomed villa rental located on the first floor
In the Residence there is a swimming pool, a tennis court, entertainment for adults and children, shops, pizzerias and restaurants in the nearby center of Palau
Sun beds and umbrellas are also available on request at the reception with a deposit of € 20 which will be returned upon return of the same.

In the apartment there is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, double bedroom with balcony, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, living room with equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, air conditioning, balcony with sea view, table and chairs, up to 6 seats in all bed
The Residence is located in Via del Vecchio Marino n. 9 in Palau (OT), is directly on the sea with the beach 50 meters away, a little further on the beach reserved for dogs, 500 meters from the center of Palau, opposite the La Maddalena Park and a stone's throw from the small harbor of Palau where it is possible to rent inflatables or take boat trips to make excursions between the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago.
