Fantastic stay.

Location, amenities and ease. Very comfortable.

The hot water didn’t work for 4 days out of the 7 but the host managed to get it sorted out eventually.

Lovely Villa, Greta Location.

Location was perfect, 20 minutes from the town centre but they were bars, supermarkets etc 3 minutes away. The area was quiet and close to the airport, which worked well for us. The Villa was clean and spacious, with a well equipped Kitchen etc The pool area was nice and there is plenty of outside seating areas. I would recommend it

Slight hitch with the door code when we arrived, as it hadn't been programmed properly, but it was sorted within 2 minutes so no real problem at all. Maybe could have had one more sunbed - the Villa sleeps 6 and there are 4 sunbeds.

Very pleasant stay in Villa Nitsa

The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures, the rooms were spacious and clean, plenty of room for 6 guests. The outside area was lovely and well maintained. The villa is in a great location only 15/20 mins walk from old town or a 5 minute bus. There is also a supermarket, bakery and coffee shop a short walk down the road. Would definitely recommend this villa.

One of the showers only had a hand held hose, however this wasn’t a major issue as the other shower was a waterfall shower.

Great house for relaxing and easy walk into town

Not only were the pool and house as pictured (if not better) but the host was also very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. Highly recommend you stay here!

There really was not much to not like. Only thing that would be good is a cover for the pool, despite us using the net we still constantly had the pool filled with insects.

We had no small bags for toilet bins. Only 1 bottle of water in fridge. We had to go back out to supermarket when we arrived for these items after a long journey to get there??

The house is confortable and has a nice swimming pool.

Although the housekeeper was very nice and helpful, he visited the house several times a day, every day. Lacks a little bit of privacy.

Wonderful

Brand new villa, very clean and comfortable. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the amazing swimming pool and relaxation spots. Petros helped us rent a minibus to go to Kontogialos beach and suggested a nice restaurant to eat nearby. We would definitely stay here again :)

We felt a bit of a pressure to not break any of the antiquities such as flower vases and crystal bowls. They bring the villa a nice touch, but for us so many décor details were not necessary

Great home for many persons in very friendly neighbourhood near centre.

The house was very comfortable and beautiful designed inside. It has a garden that is specifically great if you travel with kids. We loved the neighbourhood/calm location. Parking space included. Price great! We felt very good during our stay. Visiting cat included... Owners very friendly and responsive.

For the many persons that fit the house, the kitchen equipment was a bit unsatisfying (small and little pots). The big fence / gate is kind of too much and the street to drive into the parking narrow, but one can easily park at the street around the corner if one has a bigger car.

Great location,secluded.gate for our garden so could roam free.big house and 3 showers,would definitely stay again. Lidl 20min walk away otherwise a local shop 2mins away

The shower with the bath tub didn't always have warm water(had to mess around with the wall switch but wouldn't always work).there was also no shower curtain so the floor got covered in water,but no big deal.
