The location of Villa Nitsa was great. A 15 minute walk into the Old Town, a similar distance to the Green Line Bus station with access to other towns on the island. The local centre was a few minutes walk away with supermarkets, bakery, butcher, fishmonger and many local restaurants. A useful bus service into the Old Town and to nearby Kanoni. The sea 10 minutes walk away.
The pool was wonderful and the property had a garden with seating in the shade.
We were very happy with the property and the location so no complaints.

Pool was lovely and the gardens were great. House is large but cluttered. Bed was comfortable. Cool with aircon during the day.
Kettle was built up with a lot of limescale. Streets surrounding are hard to walk with a pram. Couldn’t get aircon to stay on at night so was quite warm at night.

Ηταν ευρύχωρο κατάλυμα με κάποιους ανακαινισμένους χώρους , όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές , επίσης είχε ασφαλές πάρκινγκ σε ιδιωτικό χώρο και τέλος είχε πρόσβαση σε πολλά σημεία της πόλης με αρκετά καταστήματα δίπλα σου που σε βοηθανε στην διαμονή
Αρχικά είχε αρκετά παλιά, πολυχρησιμοποιημένα οικιακά σκεύη που ήταν ταλαιπωρημένα - σκουριασμένα. Επίσης είχε κλινοσκεπάσματα που μύριζαν και περιορισμένο αριθμό πετσετών , δεν είχε χαρτί υγείας χαρτί κουζίνας σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρα καθώς και ξύδι, λάδι, σακούλες σκουπιδιών. Επιπλέον στα μπάνιο δεν λειτουργούσαν τα θερμαντικά σώματα και η κεφαλή του ντουζ ήταν σκουριασμένη. Τέλος δεν είχε προετοιμαστεί σωστά για check in
