Kitchen was reasonably equipped, even though it would have been nice if they'd provided coffee filters for the machine.
Cleaniness and there was no housekeeping for 4 days, no change of towels. When tried to open the curtains the rail fell off, wallpaper was ripped, bedside lamps didn't work, plates put in the cupboard were not clean, rug in the living room was brown from the dirt.
