A perfect stopover for a solo traveller looking for great value and authentic local hospitality.

Perfect and dependable place for a short stay. The breakfast is excellent and staff v helpful. The room was clean with good facilities.

* Super clean. * Friendly staff. * On my request, they prepared my breakfast like 3 hours before the usual time and it was a good one.

* The curtains were covering only the lower half of the window. During the night, the ray of outside strong light was directly on my pillow and it didn't let me sleep well (also inside the bathroom was visible from the front hotel). * No hair dryer. * No minibar in room or other drink facilities inside the entire structure. * Reception was open only from late morning to early evening.

Personale gentilissimo, hotel con bella atmosfera montana. Arredate con gusto le camere. Avevamo un cagnolino e abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto con ciotola pieghevole, premietti, porta sacchettini e una copertina x cuccia, che la nostra Amelie ha apprezzato moltissimo. Ci torniamo sicuramente e anche presto. Davvero consigliato, anche il ristorante Ottima scoperta

La posizione dell'hotel, la tranquillità del luogo e l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del gestore, la convenzione con Ristorante Edelweiss e la pulizia delle camere

Direi nulla, ma consiglierei per rendere la camera più raffinata, di sviluppare meglio il tema delle camere (dal nome degli uccellini) oppure sostituirei i quadri presenti con immagini storiche di Alagna in bianco e nero ed aggiungerei uno specchio a tutta altezza che mancava ed è molto utile.
