Even though I arrived way too early, they let me in the room with no problems, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location s is great, exactly between the supermarkets and the thermal baths. About fifteen minutes from the cable cart. When I arrived, they gave a Kärten Card for free, which allows for deductions for many attractions, such that the cable cart was free! The breakfast was very good, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, no mosquitoes so I could leave the window open. There are not many hotels I would care to go back to again, but this hotel is one of those place, especially considering the price. I have been to other hotels that were at least 50% more expensive but offered far far less!
I can't think of anything that would make my stay more enjoyable, one of the nicest hotels I have ever been in.

Przemili właściciele. Super atmosfera. Czystość perfekcyjna. Pyszne śniadania. Ogromna ilość kwiatów w ogrodzie - przepięknie wyglądał pensjonat. Wygodne łóżka. Możliwość zrobienia prania. Dopieszczony każdy szczegół. Cudowny pies Henrry ;).

The staff (Barbara, her mom and the cute doggo) was very friendly❤️ the whole place was very cozy and warming, it felt like home and it is very close to the ski area

From the check in arrangements, warm welcome, full availability, to heavenly breakfast, the Olsacher family simply makes you feel at home. Very grateful I got to experience skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim to the fullest. ❤️
