About this house rental
Welcome to the "Lazy Bear Cabin" across from the beautiful Penobscot River! This 3 bedroom 1 bath home boasts vaulted ceilings with knotty pine on every wall and ceiling. Each bedroom is quite spacious and has closets with lights and ceiling fans. The "master" has a Roku TV. The living room has 2 leather couches, Roku TV. The camp has Spectrum high speed internet with Netflix already set up on the TVs. The kitchen is quite large and will accommodate a large gathering. The heat is HWBB and a mini split for comfortable AC in the warmer months.

The view was amazing and the host was great to deal with. The overall experience was great. The only minor downfall is the road it’s on is a bit busy with traffic sometimes but not enough for me not to give the property and host 5 stars.

Perfect place to stay for our trip. The cabin was super cute, clean and the location was perfect for us. The morning view of the lake is breathtaking. We can't wait to come back. Our only recommendation would be a mirror in the bedroom(s).
