Not worth paying for twice!

I was charged twice for my stay. I paid in person on arrival but rapidly mislaid the receipt and my attempts to get the overpayment - paid through Booking.com after I had left - returned have been unsuccessful so far. They had a big group, mostly men, in at the same time as my visit, and seem to have decided arbitrarily that the shortfall was up to me. I would have thought that, when I said I had paid twice, they would have checked through their records and found their error. But no. I wasn't best pleased that the opening time on their Booking.com page was earlier than the time I could actually get in, but there was a comfortable bench outside the front door so I had somewhere pleasant to sit while I waited.

Temporary building and construction activities in the neighborhood disturbs the entry.

The breakfast was excellent and good value for money.

Old fashioned furniture, staff was very busy, mixed up our dinner order, waited for the check and the main dissatisfaction was the lack of air conditioning. So we tried to sleep with a very noisy ventilator while it was 40 degrees celsius.

Superb

This is a good hotel which I visit already since the '90s for my work. Excellent service for a nice price. The rooms are good and the food service is also perfect. It's a real family-owned hotel with a good restaurant. The area is nice but also for the night if traveling to the south or the north. It's well connected to the highway Basel Frankfurt.

We appreciate everything, no negatives. Not always we made so lucky choice. Pefect rooms, beed, cleanliness, personal and offer. Not luxury, but one of best value price vs comfort and pleasant stay. If anywhere we will be close, we will definitelly come again. Thank you Petr Ňuksa
