    I stayed at this hotel about ten years ago and had a positive experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, I found that the overall quality has declined significantly since then. The most serious issue occurred on my final night, when there was no running water for an extended period. As a result, I was unable to shower or properly use the bathroom facilities before my flight home the following day. Although the water supply eventually returned the next morning, the water was black and dirty, making it unsuitable for showering. I was informed that the hotel's regular repair technician was in Chiang Rai and therefore unavailable. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can arise, I was disappointed that no alternative solution or emergency repair service was arranged. Despite the significant inconvenience, the hotel declined to refund the final night's stay and remained largely unresponsive to the concerns I raised. I do appreciate that Agoda stepped in to assist and communicated with me throughout the process, but unfortunately the hotel itself did not engage constructively in resolving the situation. I also encountered cockroaches in my room on three separate occasions. While I understand that insects can occasionally be an issue in tropical climates, repeated sightings suggest that improvements in cleanliness and pest control would be beneficial. I would like to emphasize that the hotel staff were consistently polite and friendly, and I have no complaints about their attitude or willingness to help. My concerns relate primarily to the management of the property, which, in my opinion, did not respond adequately to these issues or meet the standard of service I would expect from accommodation catering to international guests.
