Amazing food. Very friendly staff. Lots of pools and different types of slides. Free shuttle to Marrakesh.
Our tv didn’t take apps (Netflix, YouTube) so they brought another tv that worked.
Cleaning wasn’t the best (dirty furniture). During the day they would take the dirty towels and only brought new ones after hours.
No breakfast pack when leaving early (6:30 A.M.)
Reception never answers the phone, so we always had to go there in person.

Food was great, we were upgraded to a bigger room.
Half the water slides weren’t open. Water was very cold! Room had bright yellow lights and no lamps so couldn’t read in bed and it wasn’t relaxing. Very stingy with drinks portions and bar was often closed so you had to look for another one that was open. Wanted to play table tennis but they run out of balls and when we asked for them they said they would buy one the next day, but they never did.
