Helpful staff. Nice restaurants and shops on the road. The gym is not too far down the road, which is slightly expensive but still reasonable. Not too far to walk to Anjuna beach. Breakfast was basic but nice.
We were happy with everything except the second last night, I accidentally pulled the duvet cover when making the bed, and noticed the duvet was very dirty with a blood stain that was still clear and some yellow stains. These did not look like they had been washed.

Nice location and close to restaurants and beach. Vagator is nearby. Staff especially the restaurant and bar manager is extremely good at service, very humble too. Reception folk are good to deal with too. It is a clean property though dated now but has good look and feel. Good food available here.
A little dated so interiors could be worked upon but nothing to hold you from staying there.

Overpriced menu at the inhouse restaurant, only 1 litre of bottle provided per day..they charge extra and that too more than mrp for water bottle., Milk etc
