Breakfast was nice, rooms were comfortable, steam room, sauna, and hamam did the job.
Parking is not very convenient. One could hear the noise from the street even at the fith floor. Choose a room facing the back street if you are sensitive to noice.

Good locatio. The corordsnator lady was excellant she helped when we had a problem
The gentleman who checked us in did not have authority to fullfill oour request and anyone who did have authority were not reachable

Clean rooms, good and central location, parking availability by the hotel staff
Personnel is not quite welcoming except minority, missing smiley and kind faces. Nobody said welcome when we entered hotel. Breakfast varieties are adequate however taste is not a satisfactory turkish meal taste. Same material could be used to prepare more delicious meal.
