Bellissima vista sul lago di Gruyere con un bel terrazzino tavolino e sedie per sedersi fuori e godere della vista. Camera in posizione tranquilla. Materassi comodi.
L' orario di check in della reception NON è abbastanza visibile e ben chiaro. Causa colonna in autostrada abbiamo trovato traffico e siamo arrivati in ritardo. Suonando il campanello alle ore 22.00 nessuno si è presentato e abbiamo dovuto trovare un alternativa di come dormire. Non accettabile in un motel sulla via dell'autostrada. Va trovata una soluzione in merito. Gentilmente la receptionist ci ha offerto la colazione il giorno dopo per il disagio ma la notte a vuoto l'ho dovuta pagare.
