The stay in all was super nice, great, quite location, very well equiped flat - great for a long WE
The house is lovely to stay in, super clean, and very well equiped. Fireplace a great addition. Balcony very comfortable and nice view.
The two only things I would mention is the bunk bed and the sofa in the living room. Would be probably better to have a nicer and more comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a normal 2 person bed - which could accomodate 4 persons as with the bunkbed - which bottom half is not really usable.

Too expensive for what you eventually get, really
When getting the key in the tourist center... people are really nice and helpfull there.... but that is only vaguely related to the apartment
This is not for 4 people. There is exactly 1 double bed and it is a bunk bed. It might work for a couple with two very small children. It does not work for 4 adults. I slept in the lower bed and there is about 60 cm between the stages... I could hardly breath. I indicated I was there for work. There was supposed to be WiFi but it was shut off at 11PM... not nice when preparing an internet demo for a customer the next morning. I hope to get a 40 CHF refund since I had to buy two ridiculous expensive 4G subscriptions to work around the missing (but promised) WiFi connection in the evenings. Sad though since there were better and cheaper apartments available when I booked (I verified some when I was there), but those landlords did not lie about the availability of WiFi in the facilities description. And I paid 72 CHF for cleaning... to find a pile of rubish under the bed, used sheets in the cupboard and long black hairs in the bath tub... if you don't even bother to vaccuum-clean the bedroom floor on "cleaning" Oh and "view on the mountain".... if they mean the uphill meadow on the opposite street = mountain, oh well yes, 99 % of the apartments in Schwarzsee have a similar view, that is easy. There are real mountains to see on a lot of different places however

Das Sofa war zu hart und gar nicht bequem zu sitzen. Küche und Wohnzimmer Deckenbeleuchtung zu hell grell. Schön wäre es neben den Fernseher eine Stehlampe zu haben. Für ein schönes Lichtambiente
