Comfortable facility . We had high end room on beach which was very nice . Breakfast and meals , especially Prime restaurant were excellent
Property felt somewhat dated and more in line with an inclusive Caribbean style property than a high end luxury resort

Because of the location
No covered walkways to the facilities.
Kids play area not covered yet extreme weather conditions are experienced daily.
The beach beds are also not covered because heavy rain falls are experienced suddenly

Attraction was the villa with private heated pool for afternoon family time. Sadly the pool heating system didn’t work. Disappointing for a hotel of this calibre. Management offered to move but very difficult with three young kids to move. No hot water in first night. Seems like attention to detail is lacking
