    I had a problem when I checked in , apparently the hotel had not received my money from Agoda so I had to pay again. Agoda have since refunded my money

    Went for honeymoon, has an incredible beach and spacious rooms. The food was also amazing. Only room for improvement is if they could provide buggy service to parking more frequently

    I was having huge hopes coming there, since , it was my 5th wedding anniversary and I had an amazing experience in 2003.. back then, the hotel was named Coco Beach, unfortunately, this time I was baffled.. on a Saturday night buffet, there was no lamb meals provided nor any shrimps! For a 5 stars hotel it was quite astonishing, it was a Mauritian buffet with the major thing on display.. a fish briyani with limited and small pieces of fish in it, being a Mauritian, i was asking myself..this is what Mauritius is all about?? The hotel doesn’t not focus on quality at all. Staffs were so so.. but nothing which you can expect from a 5 stars hotel!! They treat foreigners and Mauritians differently..Better go to hotels like Trou aux Biches Beachcomber (presently in renovation but shall be back by October) or Westin, Constance Belle Mare.. I promise that you will have an impeccable experience! The hotel interior is not top notch either… no lights in the swimming pools at night..many things around the property and in the room was old.. these are little details which a 5 stars hotel is supposed to focus on..during the day the hotel was very dull.. the only entertainment of the evening was just a sega show of 30 mins.. nothing equivalent to a 5 star hotel show! i really thought it was a prestigious hotel… but I am extremely disappointed
