Amazing old property in the heart of the old town

Such a delight to have stayed here, it felt like going back in time of the medieval Girona! Very charming little b&b, carefully run through generations by the family that owns the place, with attention to historical and architectural detail! And did not expect to be literary 100m away from the Cathedral! Felt very welcomed by the hosts, especially Christina was amazing - great if you get a chance to speak to hear to learn about the history of this place.
It got quite hot without airco, and despite the room being true to the place, it did a bit more cleaning (some spider webs and dust here and there, which I guess makes it more accurate to old age. Good WiFi. Good to take into consideration that it’s on top of the hill, so you can’t get away from carrying your luggage up the stairs and steep alleys.

What's not to love about staying in a medieval guest house with tall doors that open to the street, hearing the gongs of the cathedral steps away? Excellent location, charming, helpful staff.
