Το εστιατόριο ήθελε λίγο προσοχή όσον αφορά τις γεύσεις και το μασάζ δεν ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Επίσης το κατάλυμα δεν προσέφερε cocktails

Ένα πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα ανάμεσα στα δύο χωριά , Κομβικό σημείο, Τρεις φορτιστές για ηλεκτρικά αυτοκίνητα , Τα δωμάτια ότι πιο άνετο γίνεται , Πολύ καλό τζάκι , Το μπάνιο πολύ ευρύχωρο , Ο χορός του πρωινού εξαιρετικός

The bar needs either a barman or teach the staff to make 4-5 simple cocktails. The hotel needs a better chef. Covid restrictions where not fully respected. Couple of times people were spotted not wearing masks inside the hotel's food court just next to the staff that were standing to overview people getting served. The food was not bad but unfortunately just okeish. Some of the staff needs to get a formal formation on how to respond to customers. For example when you call them to get your dinner dishes they cannot possibly reply to you in a rudely manner "I will get what i can get now and the rest tomorrow because the room is too far from the main premises..." I hope the hotel management sees that these comments come with good means, as the only intention is to improve their quality of the services and promote the potential of the Peloponnesian mountains and hospitality. Invest in changing your staff's mentality. Reward them based on customer reviews.
