Superb location. Beautiful view out over Hawkes Bay. Quiet and comfortable. Close to restaurants and bars etc.

The Hotel is situated right on the seafront so there is easy access to the beach. There are a number of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance so it is great for a relaxing few days away.
We have stayed on many occasions and always loved it, however when we arrived our living area looked very empty and my husband had to go and get a couple of chairs for the outdoor table. Otherwise all good.

Great location, lovely views out on balcony and comfortable beds, mostly quiet and good heating.
Quite dated, bathroom especially. Didn't like rubbish bin near bed, dishes and kitchen pots were dirty and blood on pillow cases. Bathroom not restocked and no shampoo provided.
