About this house rental
This property is available to book for 5 nights min stay, during the period Saturday 24th December 2025 - 11th January 2026.
The property is located across the road from the beach and next door to The Good Home Gastro bar and restaurant, Pearl Kitchen Cafe and Fresh Choice supermarket. With a pool and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with along with games room with TV, spa pool, sauna, outdoor hot shower, spring free tramp, laundry and off street parking for 5 vehicles (unless the ping pong table is up in the garage). It has all the space you need for the holiday. All within short driving distance is the Mount, Bayfair shopping centre, Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island along with a myriad of bars and restaurant's, Baypark, Golf courses, Lakes and too many fun activities to name.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with large ensuite and large walk n wardobe. The 2 x downstairs guest bedrooms contain 2 single beds each, and have access to a bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. The upstairs bedroom contains 1 x Queen bed and 1 x single bed with ensuite bathroom.
Please note again the house is only available to book between the 24th December 2025 - 11th January 2026 and has a 5 night minimum stay. If your booking is cancelled less than 60 days from arrival, you will not receive a refund unless we are able to fill the booking within that 60 day period with another guest.
