Beautiful long sandy beach directly over the rd. 10 mins walk to great cafe, bar and small supermarket. 5 mins drive to two malls. Beautiful views from living areas. Spacious house easily accommodates up to 12. Attractive waterways minutes from our house for biking and walking. Heated pool, fully fenced with outdoor seating to relaxing. Pool can be heated in the winter/autumn and cool in the summer. Some bikes available to use. Walking distance to cafe, gastro put and a fresh choice superette. Easy bike along water ways to Mall, more pubs, cafes, etc. 10 minutes drive to Bayfair Mall. Close to express way for access to Mount, Tauranga, Te Puke.
