All the onsen facilities were excellent, the hotel is well located and it's surroundings are lovely.
Wasted time waiting in the lobby due to check in policy, seems implausible that a hotel of this size and stature wouldn't have my room ready at 2:15pm - so for that reason alone I probably wouldn't return. Room was old and small, moreso than others I saw, but probably I paid a lower rate too.
