The onsen at the hotel is amazing. The staff is very professional and helpful, they made dinner reservations for us at places nearby and even drove us there.

Great breakfast. Great onsen.
Ours smelled like a smoking room. Staff informed us of the necessary information, but were not at all welcoming or friendly.
