Crow's Nest Cottage sits 200 feet from the Ocean on the Western shore of Somes Sound in Hall Quarry.
The cottage offers all the amenities of home, including: Full size appliances, washer / Dryer, all linens, granite fire place, large deck, flat screen satellite TV, WiFi, private parking with unobstructed breathtaking views over Somes Sound and Sargent Mountain.
Our Cottage comes with a deep water dock perfect for fishing or keeping your boat. Enjoy the sunrise and quiet island atmosphere from your own deck, and listen to the loons at sunset. A deep water mooring is complimentary if you are bringing / renting a boat.
Crows Nest Cottage is well maintained, and kept to the highest standards in cleanliness and quality. We provide soap, detergent, paper towels, trash removal, and even a large kettle to cook your fresh Maine lobsters which we have available at our dock. Enjoy fine local restaurants and spend the day in Bar Harbor which is only a 10-minute drive. Enjoy the peaceful surrounding rich in wildlife and amazing views.

The Crow's Nest is in a peaceful, beautiful location convenient to Acadia National Park. The kitchen is welll equipped and the living area comfortable with a wonderful view. It was the perfect place for my daughter and me to relax after the adventures of hiking the spectacular trails in the park. Crow's Nest was the perfect choice for an inspiring, joyful, beautiful vacation.

One suggestion: the coffee maker does not drip properly, resulting in overflow of coffee grounds.

My husband and I stayed for a week and had an excellent time! I worked 3 of those days and was on video calls all day. The internet worked well and I had no issues. The view and location of this cabin are amazing!
