Great location if you want to stay at Nagoya. Within walking distance of a lot of the shopping areas. Tonnes of food choices available.
Just the fact that the city is quite dirty in general but not really a big deal

I got upgraded !! 2nd time it happened to me. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The aisle towards the rooms were very nice, clean, neat and we'll lit.
The room was spacious and the toilet was big.
The staff were friendly.
- The spread for breakfast was minimal.
- There was no day curtain at the room preventing us from getting nice morning light as the room was facing a building which was quite near and lacking privacy.
- the structure in the toilet was old and the woods could be seen chipping off.
- the toiletries were very minimal, no shaver and no sanitary pad disposal bag.
