The location is amazing with a wide view of the Umbria valley. The restaurant was excellent too, and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were actually more than just a room - it was a suite with a separate room including a kitchen and dining room and a sofa bed. Excellent for a small family
Since this property attracts families with children, there was quite a bit of noise both in the swimming pool area and in the living area from 7 AM, so if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet experience, it is not guaranteed. It is not the property's fault as they were extremely and attentive to all requests

Wonderful location, magnificent views, lovely pool, great choice of areas to sit and read, very friendly welcome, relatively easy access to Assisi.
The restaurant area was beautiful, although in honesty we preferred the choice of foods available in Assisi and tended to eat there most evenings.

Parking. I thought the rooms were damp, no air conditioning and spiders.
