Great view with quite a generous room size. Spa/tub works pretty well. Only approx 1km ~10 minute walk to the strip on a sidewalk. Elevator works well with plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Quite good value for money.
Amenities are slightly older/dated but everything is still functional and works. Soaps/moisturisers are bolted to wall which some people probably don't mind. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms which means it gets a bit muggy in there. Bed is a bit firm but pillows comfortable.

The location is amazing so close and within walking distance to esplanade.
The main bedroom needed a black out blind behind the curtain. The light that came in from lights outside was insane. The curtain was also hung too far away from the window which didn’t help. When you don’t get great sleep your holiday pays for it.

Location close to Bus interchange & Ferry Terminal being a 5min walk with a further 5min walk into town.
Very tired & dated property. Room in desperate need of a deep clean. Dust in shower vent, dust in Aircon limiting its effectiveness, dust behind bed, dust in window blinds. Small TV with limited channels, no WiFi signal. Shower in Spa Bath very difficult to get in/out of & quite dangerous to be fair with water overflow. Room was located directly opposite neighboring property pool deck so had to keep curtains closed day & night for privacy.
