There are a lot of plants & green paths🤗. Nice beaches surrounding the complex. A lot of things to do and the most important is that the complex is only a throw of rock from the Old Sozopol & aquapark/Ravadinovo castle. Perfect public transport comunication. Very clean & tidy complex.
Little kitchen with weak kitchen equipment (the most important things were there 👍).

The beach is close, you can choose to use one of the resort's own pools (sunbeds provided free of charge) or swim in the sea (sunbeds are for rent which is 30 BGN a day). There are electric golf cars you can call via phone, they take you anywhere within the resort. There are silence hours in force helping you rest at night especially with small children. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport, the driver was friendly and on time. The hotel's staff was very responsive via Booking.com's built-in messaging app. The resort (separately from our booking) offers various restaurants, Viva Mare has great quality in buffet breakfast and dinner. The room was clean, the AC worked well.
The extra bed was not really comfortable and wanted to collapse if anyone sat in the middle. We specifically asked for an early check-in due to our child's nap time, which was not fulfilled. Our driver was ordered to leave us at one of the resort's entrances, where the guard was grumpy and could not speak English. Finding the office was a bit difficult. The prices in the resort (e.g. buffet breakfast) are quite high. The roller blinds were hard to roll up and down.

The host is extremely professional, and knows her job. I made a mistake by booking wrong dates and they fixed everything for me very quickly!
Rooms are very big and the bed is comfortable. The balcony is nice. The whole atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. It’s dog friendly and they also don’t charge you extra for it. You can go freely with your dog around, not like other places where they charge you for the dog but he can only stay in the room.
The host called us a golf cart to help us with the luggage!
The shops on site are very overpriced but have almost everything in there
