Hotel Örebro

Convenient location close to the station and to the centre. Lovely breakfast, regularly replenished. Rooms very quiet. Beds comfortable. Unexpected cleaning of our room and change of towels.

Tiny niggles with the bathroom - nowhere to hang a towel or put wash bags - first world problems! No coat hangers, and a strangely placed desk which you caught your hip on every time you got out of bed.

The staff was kind and helpful, we even got early access to our hotel room. Okay breakfast, not bad. Location was great, worth the price. Love it, would book again.

Easy access to the town. Value for money paid.

Property a little tired particularly in the corridors, carpet needs to be updated when find allow. Cleaner forgot to take the rubbish in the bathroom.

This is an account of my stay at Hotel Orebro June 2025. I’d had a late flight so booked in after midnight. I appreciated the fact that they were open 24 hours. However that quickly dissipated when the front desk gentleman informed me with a look of reprimand, that my room was for one individual only. My son had dropped me off to assist with my luggage …… I did not appreciate that. There were no tea making facilities in my room but I was able to take a hot drink up to my room from reception, which I valued. When I arrived in my room there was no ironing facilities. I duly popped back downstairs and booked a drop off for an iron at 7 am. It did not arrive the following morning and I waited for 50 minutes. Upon which I popped back downstairs (the lift can only accommodates 3 individuals). I stated that I was unhappy re the non arrival of the iron and would like one brought up to my room immediately. It was and a very decent iron if I may say so. I arrived back to the hotel in the evening just before 9 pm for my second night. Children were playing loudly in the open areas until around 9.30 pm. Men then talked noisily in the hotel until at least 12.30 am. I wondered if I was going to sleep at all. I did ….. and soundly after that. The shower was angled strangely (no matter my manoeuvrings) so water went everywhere. On a more positive note, I really enjoyed the breakfast (nice eggs and pancakes). And the WiFi was excellent. My room was also replenished with towels and tidied very well when I returned for my second night. In summary I think the hotel is overpriced for what was offered and the customer service. There was a special football tournament on this weekend which had pushed prices up.

Reception I received, lack of professionalism, noise in the evening. No tea making facilities or an iron in the room
