From the moment we stepped off the airplane to our hotel stay, everything was exceptional. Our butler, Hameez went over and beyond taking care of our services to reservations and providing additional support for my injured mother. We loved the breakfast at Cumin, every course was delicious with lots of variety and catered our adjustments. We also had a chance to try some other restaurants, our next favourite was Baan Huraa…the meal was fantastic. The sous chef, Suda ensured my mother had the right spices in her main dish and ensured it wasn’t too spicy so she provided fresh mango ice cream. It was such a nice treat!
I had a chance to visit the spa and my facial service was phenomenal. I also visited the gym and the classes, and they were top notch. The beaches are pristine clean with whatever services you needed from wine to snacks. The boat between the resorts was so easy to use.
My mother had a fall, the whole team ensured she had what she needed and made our stay more enjoyable from room service to extra ice to support getting onto the boat to the airport. This was magical trip that we will never forget and the resort ensured it exceeded our expectations.
My only feedback, the sushi restaurant, Origami, the service was a bit slow and we waited for meals. I had dined here twice and I was in rush the second time.

A lovely adults-only resort, perfect for a quiet and relaxing break. The island is quite small, which makes it feel peaceful and not crowded at all. The service was very good throughout our stay. The overwater villas are comfortable and well designed. The beach in the lagoon is excellent - clear water and very calm. There is a good choice of restaurants, and it’s also nice that you can visit restaurants at the neighbouring resort. The location is very convenient, only about a 30-minute boat ride from the airport.
The internet was quite slow at times, which could be an issue if you need to work or stay connected.

Great location and plenty of facilities to do activities
The prices for basic items were verging on obscene. The gala dinner for NYE (which was mandatory and you’re only told after you book was US$600 per person not including alcohol. The central pool is very small and even though it’s an adult island, kids are permitted from the nearby other Anantara.
