The pool area, location and quality of restaurant food was great.

The drainage smell in the room wasn’t great, the wifi was terrible throughout the stay and some parts of the hotel were starting to look a bit tired - mainly the bedroom.

Lovely location and the staff were really attentive.

The room was a little small but that was a minor thing.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. It was beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts had a good variety of choices. The staff was very helpful and gave great service. Our view from our room was breathtaking. We loved sitting on our balcony and taking everything in!

Our room was on the top floor and it was difficult to go to the top parking lot with our minivan as the slope was very steep. It also took some time to go from the top floor to breakfast as it was on the bottom floor. Sometimes the elevator was not working so it could get tiring.

Only good things are the view and the waitressing.

Overpriced for no reason. We stayed for two weeks and paid 220€ a night for the „deluxe“ room, which was supposed to be one of the more luxurious rooms they offer. Needless to say that this was not the case as I will explain further and one can also judge by the photos I am posting. First of all the stench. I am not exaggerating when I say that during the whole stay the smell around the hotel from the biological wastewater treatment but also from the sewer of the bathroom was insufferable. Opening the window or operating the AC was mostly not possible because of this. We mentioned it to the stuff of course but the problem never really solved. Other than that the room lacked restoration work (see photos). Bedsheets not changed during the whole stay. Sitting outside also not fun because of lack of shade. No soundproofing whatsoever and because of the room located directly on the parking road very noisy during night and day. Breakfast really mediocre with a lot of pastries but very few healthy options. To reach the breakfast area, you have to follow a little labyrinth and take two elevators, which is also annoying. What is also very interesting to mention is that we had no handsoap for the whole last week and when we mentioned that to the staff the answer was simply that they don’t have any… Furthermore, the gym they claim to offer is only good for cardio and has a cable machine, so you need to also consider that. I would definitely not recommend this overpriced hotel but if you absolutely want to book there don’t go for the more expensive rooms. They are really not worth it.
