EV charging points which worked well + security lighting while using them
receptionist volunteered to move me to a quieter room as there was a wedding disco going on , I appreciated this very much
better food than I expected

The staff were friendly and efficient when we spoke to them. The beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms were warm and had openable windows to cool down when needed.
Breakfast was well cooked.
There were no staff available on reception/front desk after 11pm.
The people in the next room controlled our TV as well as their own, changing the channel, turning it on and off and showing us their netflix login etc because the TVs are back to back and use the same remotes.
There was no bin in our room for rubbish.
The menu is available in the room but there needs to be a separate, reduced menu that clearly displays only the room service options and clearly states what time these options are available. The formatting in the existing document is very hard to see properly and contains no timing to show what is available when.
The shower mat was stained in a number of places and covered in black mould underneath.
Shower head broken and leaked when used.
The accessible wet room style shower did not drain well and soaked the entire room floor, almost getting into the main room as the door slides and does not come to the floor.
The people in the next room started up all night until 5am arguing and there was no one on the front desk to report to.
Missing serving utensils and no milk in the coffee machine by 9am at breakfast.
