30 NIGHT MINIMUM.. By Law ..Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath townhouse...... fully decorated and stocked in a Hawaiian style. KoOlina is an idyllic resort located on the west side of Oahu...4 lagoons make swimming and snorkeling a dream. The best restaurants , Golf Course, Disney and Four Seaons Hotel just 3 minutes down the road. The town of Kapolei is a short drive with movies, nightlife ,shopping, and restaurants. Honolulu and the airport is a short 20 minute drive. Parking for 2 cars on the property. KoOlina Hillside Villas is a fabulous location for your next vacation... 30 day minimum rental . No maximum…The third bedroom is very small good for ONE person...5 -6 people Maximum for this rental. PLease note the is a $100 maximum per month allotted for the use of air conditioning...any excess will from be collected from the guests or deducted from security deposit, or billed back to their home.. PLease taxes are at 18.5% ..But If any bookings are 6 months + then taxes are around 4.5%. PLease look at the daily rate then you can add on taxes , cleaning etc.
