HOA rules (for ALL residential condos in Ko Olina, not just ours!) restrict rentals to 1x/30 days and Hawaii State Laws requires stays of 30 days or longer.
This comfortable and spacious villa can accommodate 6 guests in a gated community with its own private pool. it is right on the golf course, and a short walk to the club house. There are four beautiful lagoons in walking distance for a day at the beach. You can buy short term supplies, find good coffee and a number of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The Ko Olina resort offers a full range of bars and restaurants some overlooking the lagoons. By car the nearest town with a full range of stores and restaurants is only 10 minutes, The airport can be reached in half an hour or the new smaller airport in Kapolei can get you to neighbor Islands.

We really enjoyed our one-month stay here. The home had everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen, lots of closet and storage space, and a short walk to restaurants and the lagoons. It was very quiet and comfortable. We were especially grateful for all the beach gear, chairs and wagon. Donald and the property manager were very responsive to our questions and requests. While parking is limited (one car in the driveway), additional guest parking is available and a short walk away. We would definitely come back and would recommend a stay here.

We stayed for 30 days and enjoyed everything about the property. It was well equipped and the property managers are really responsive.The location is great--about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, well appointed. All the beach toys and a golf cart!The pool was being repaired for most of our stay, so we went to the beach instead, not much of a sacrifice...The pool, by the way exceeded all expectations.Darren the property manager was very accessible and attentive.Would recomend and go back anytime
