It is always a great pleasure to come to this wonderful and relaxing place - with the beautiful beach and the cottages in the refreshing green pine forest right on the beach.
But what makes really the huge difference is the great people/staff here!!!
The warm atmosphere among each other and the interaction - also with the guests - is unique here.
I would particularly like to mention the manager Luca Vigentini and the receptionist Lyuba Smirnova. I found both of them to be incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive and at the same time highly professional - always thinking along with me, implementing my wishes: with the intention that guests can enjoy a totally carefree and relaxed holiday.
My next trip there is already planned... :))

The forest setting of the houses complex is perfect to avoid the Italian summer heat. We were able to reach the beach, restaurant or the pool almost all the way in shade, making it an enjoyable walk. The car parking spot was close to the house and not under direct sun for the whole day. In addition, the beach was perfect for children.
While very comfortable, the houses were looking a bit outdated. Also the exterior design was not really matching the forest environment. The kitchen was OK, but there was no dishwasher. It would have been nice to have also a washing machine.

REALLY close to the beach - beautiful beach as well. Lots of activities on site for kids
VERY overpriced. The staff was clueless and very rude. Food and drinks were crazy expensive and lots of hidden extra costs. The whole place is set up to take your money I had no hot water on the last 2 days - lady at reception was supe r rude about it. They gave me a free bottle of wine to sorry which was nice
