The home is single level and sits high on the street allowing an abundance of natural light to fill the rooms. The owners took pride in remodeling and furnished it with comfort in mind. Cozy up by the Carmel stone fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of your favorite coffee. The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for happy pups. It does include patio furniture as well as a barbecue grill. Tick-Tock Cottage is just a 5-minute walk to all that downtown Carmel-by-The Sea has to offer and it is also near Mission Trail Park.

We had a lovely time at tick-tock cottage. We were impressed with the small details in the cottage that made our stay comfortable, and also the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of the garden where we were able to comfortably enjoy our meals outside. The cottage is sunny and charming. Debra was very responsive to any of our questions. A fantastic stay.

We had the most wonderful month in Carmel at Tick Tock Cottage! The home is beautiful and charming and the patio is divine. We loved being able to walk to town, even though the walk back is uphill! Debra was a gracious host. A experience!

We had a terrific stay at this charming and quaint home in Carmel by the Sea. Upon arrival, it was easy to settle in. The host truly thought of everything, and the well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. We had a brief power outage, and were grateful to find flashlights easily. A favorite spot was the pretty garden backyard, a wonderful place to relax and unwind.The location was fantastic for exploring Carmel. We walked to downtown in 10-15 minutes. It's worth noting the house is on a main street, so there is commuter traffic. Overall this home was the perfect base, and would stay again.
