Very helpful staff and all directions and recommendations worked out really well.
Breakfast was poorly set up with no ability to move through the area without major holdups.
Bathroom conditions were very poor and badly in need of refurbishing.

The staff was generally good, despite a basic English preparation. A special mention to Yasin, which was exceptional, always ready to help with courtesy, professionally and with the best attitude possible. I've traveled to a lot of places but I've never seen somebody better than him at his job, not even in 5 stars luxury hotels. Dinner and breakfast were ok.
The room was inadequate. We found a dirty blanket, the walls were not sound proof (contrary to the room description), we heard the neighbors tv and a lot of noises from the streets. Thankfully we brought ear plugs. The management was poor: one night they were working on the rooftop from 22:00 up past 01:00. I also felt they were understaffed.
