Aquatika Beautiful Beachfront View and Rainforest View

Our family enjoyed this condo tremendously. Check in was well orchestrated by our host Damaris and the unit was clean and welcoming. Facing the gorgeous ocean and private beach at the rear and El Yunque rainforest out of front windows, the views were amazing. The balcony was a favorite place to enjoy the birds and ocean sounds and views. Grab provided beach towels, chairs and toys and take a few quick steps and you are on the beach. We prepared a number of meals using the well-equipped kitchen. We played games gathered around the dining table and gathered in the living room to stream our favorite teams during basketball playoffs. The location is central to Old San Juan, Luquillo beach, the rainforest and just a smidge farther to Fajardo where the ferries are. Several grocery stores are nearby. From booking to check out, our host Damaris was quick to communicate, answer questions and give advice. Highly recommended!

Perfection. The condo is exactly as listed, with extras like towels, beach chairs and bug spray. The view and the beach are unbeatable! Damaris was a wonderful host. Place was clean. Easy check-in/check-out. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the local dogs too.

This was a great oceanfront rental! We spent a lot of time on the porch with beautiful views of the water, and with a very short walk, made it easy to get out to the beach with our kids, and the toys, chairs, and beach towels provided by the host. We really only slept in the our rooms, but they were good, each with their own built-in A/C. The Kitchen had what you needed.We found the location overall very nice, because it felt equidistant to everything. It was 30-45 minutes to San Juan, or to Farjado, or to the Rainforest, all of which we visited for activities. The condo complex also had 4!! pools. One of them is large with a slide and lots to do for kids. Also a volleyball net and basketball hoops. The b-ball court often had other kids/teenagers on it. A couple things to note, just as an FYI. There were a couple of stray dogs who seemed to live on the condo grounds. They came and sniffed us, but didn't bother us, but I know that can be unnerving for some folks. (Also a rooster and cats too who hung out in parts, but we didn't see them as much.)The beach area in front of the condo is great for families, nice water and fairly private. But its small, maybe a football field size, before you hit large rocks on each side (which is part of the reason its private.) So don't expect to go for long romantic walks. Again Damaris, the owner was great, easy and quick to communicate with, and takes great care of the property. We would happily return again!!

Clear and best view of the beach hands down. Damaris, the host was very communicative and helpful. Loiza is also a great place to stay as it’s central to the eastern must visit areas of the island and home to authentic food, snacks, music and art. Will gladly book again here!
