Shuttle bus coming back from Ferrari world is difficult to distinguish from other buses. If the bus clearly indicates it goes to W hotel, it would be better.

It was a unique place to stay considering you have a F1 track with cars in it and the other side of the room had a piece

The room was cold and the heat did not work well and the outside temperature was 14 deg C. The A/C worked well.

Great hotel

The hotel is very modern and funky, the staff are all friendly and accommodating. On arrival the reception offered is a paid upgrade which we did. The room was fantastic I think - this room was huge with a wrap around balcony looking over the race track. I loved the electric curtains, the luxurious doubled ended bath with views over the track. There was many bottles of complimentary water and at turn down a plate of fruit was waiting. The bed was super comfortable. The room was great fun. The adult only pool area was a nice area.

Good hotel with some kind servers.

No disturbances, soundproofed. Kind and attentive cleaner - Indika, and a friendly, prompt valet - Shiva. They made the stay so much more personal.

Such a big hotel, sometimes had the feeling of a shopping mall. Room service food was not great.

Big rooms. Good location right on the race tracks.

We were traveling as a family with young kids and older parents, and had requested for rooms next to each other - hotel was unable to do anything about it. Breakfast area was overpacked which led to a poor experience both food quality wise, and also service wise. Extra beds were not placed in rooms for kids despite prior request. Turn down service was not done on 2 out of 5 night, despite the signs being switched on for 'make my room'. Overall letdown being a Gold member and lack of attention and accommodation by different team members.

Great location with great exceptional personnel

Great location right on the F1 track , exceptional personnel that was helpful and very polite, great facilities, very good breakfast with great variety. Very close to the parks and to the airport, there is a bus station for the free Yas Island busses right in front of the hotel.

The only thing that it can be improved is the balcony door that is a little hard to open , everything else was great.

A wonderful experience in the heart of F1 Yas Marina circuit

We opted for the breakfast during our stay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Every morning was a delightful experience, enjoying the exclusive spread at the Garage restaurant with beautiful views of the F1 track right outside the windows. The breakfast staff were exceptionally courteous, offering personalized attention to guests of all ages, always accompanied by their warm smiles. Our rooms were kept spotless and perfectly made up each day by Anas and Indeeka, whose attention to detail and care made us feel truly at home. Their effort in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness and comfort was deeply appreciated.

It was a very good experience overall. Staying at such an exclusive h9tel built right onto the racetrack I would have loved that hotel had some place for in-house guests to be able to access the racetrack for viewing and experience it.

I liked the amenities and the view was pleasant and staff were friendly and helpful.

It was the day of the wedding and me and my wife struggled to reach our room as it was too far and took us like 5 minutes of walking and 2 elevators to reach the room and we woke up at 8 am to kids screaming at the top of their lungs and we couldn’t sleep properly and not to mention the W lounge which is in the reception, it was too loud for my liking. Might be good for families or friends but not for us.

Everything is amazing since we got here. The staff especially is so cheerful and helpful. We got upgraded and the receptionist Titiana was so sweet and arranged our stay for us. My daughters surprise birthday cake was waiting for us when we got back to our room, she was so happy. The breakfast especially was amazing. So many options were available. You ordered your eggs from your table, u dont have to stand in a long line! We got welcome drinks, made especially for my family with a personalized greeting card. BABA was our waiter. He was so helpful and kind. Took family pics without even asking him. I would come back to Yas Island just to stay in W Abu Dhabi hotel.

A very specialised breakfast, limited variety, not much of healthy fresh or European options. When overcrowded (which happens quite often I understand) they open another hall for breakfast which has bad ventilation, you end up smelling like food Rooms are nice but sound proofing in the adjacent rooms is horrible, also no carpet on the floor might be an issue for kids, and those who hate cold Do not recommend using roof swimming pool in hot days, no shade at all

They have given us a room which was towards the Marina , where clubs had music till very late , Friday till 1:00am and Saturday till 3:00am. Since we had our child with us, we could not sleep. While the hotel offered to change room when we complained at 1:30am , at that time it was not possible. Since they have this problem , they should not had offered this room to a family !
