Unbeatable location and has all the facilities to make a stay comfortable and enjoyable.

2 minute walk to the train and 20 minutes to the MCG

Street noise was excessive throughout the night,with dump trucks emptying bins/recycling from 1:30am every night.

We had a great stay at this wonderfully located little hotel on Lt Bourke St. the rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable. Extremely close and handy to everything in the heart of Melbourne within an easy walk. A special mention to concierge Lilly. This polite and helpful young lady is an asset to the property and couldn’t do enough for us, with great local information. In particular, there was a fire alarm (inconsequential) and she handled that situation with the calm and courtesy of a true professional. This property is exceptional value and we will be back!

The room for the most part was nice and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the ability to be able to view more than just satellite TV channels was great. The location was also very convenient in regards to finding bars, restaurants and a quick walk to Melbourne Central, as well.

The blanket had stains on it that had clearly not been washed out, there was visible damage to the walls, small specks of what looked like black mold underneath the lid of the bottle of water in the fridge, which also hadn't been fully cleaned out. The bathroom wasn't ventilated which meant that after you have a shower, the bathroom floor becomes a swimming pool and leaves you having to use the majority of the towels you get given to dry it up. The room wasn't all bad, me and my friend's stay was comfortable, but these are factors that need to be addressed. I would suggest finding accommodation somewhere else.
