    Fortunately I'd had one of my hips replaced but if I hadn't & didn't need the extra exercise I would've had to have requested another room, as the step up into the bathroom would not have been doable & if you want to watch TV in bed, you'll have to rearrange the furniture to be able to do so. Other than that, the location was central to all we wanted & the room was clean & comfortable. I specifically asked for a room with an opening window but will be more specific next time as yes, the window did open, but it was a wind out one that opened not even 2 inches & the other one was locked so no hope of getting any fresh air in at all.

    The hotel went into administration. An employee of the administrator tried to bully us to leave, with no offer to compensate. Over 6 nights, we had no cleaning of the room, no fresh towels or sheets etc. Agoda said it had no notice 🤷🏼‍♀️The daily stress of expecting to find we had been locked out ruined my much needed break

    The property's location was convenient, offering walkability to nearby attractions. Room were reasonable spacious but had issues with old beds and mattresses. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the facilities fell short in term of quality. Bathrooms and views didn't meet expectation. Overall, it was an average stay with room for enhancement.
