About this cottage rental
Location: Lake Michigan Beachfront Home. Just south of Pentwater, West Michigan, 15 Miles South of Ludington.
Accommodations: 200' of Private Beach, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath (sleeps 6)
Our very private, partially wooded, beachfront home is situated on 3 1/2 acres overlooking breathtaking Lake Michigan. You will have easy access to the private 200' of sandy beach without the inconvenience of a multitude of stairs, due to a partially paved winding path.
The entire home has been updated and you will find it exceptionally clean. Sixteen feet of movable window walls look out to the lake from the cathedral-ceiling living room.
The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and also overlooks the lake. The guest / children's bedroom includes a queen-sized bed.
The kitchen is fully open to the eating area and living room with great lake views.
Our home is meticulously maintained, and is not a typical 'rental' property, as we only rent it briefly each summer.

Close to both Pentwater and Silver Lake, with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. The area is so quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim, but the frontage is shallow, sandy, and clean. The house was cute and clean and perfect for my family of four.

The cottage was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities we could need. Lake Michigan was just steps away. My family and I enjoyed the sunsets on the beach and walking along the shore. This cottage was perfect for our family beach vacation!!

We had a great time at this Lake Michigan cottage. The listing was as described and everything was clean and well maintained. But, we didn’t spend our time in side. The beach was steps from the cottage and we spent our week outside enjoying the start of summer. Even my kids agreed that the sunset on the lake is worth missing TV for! We walked for miles on the beach!
