The staff are amazing. The villa was huge and the details inside made it feel like home. We were surprised that there was a bathroom downstairs so my 17 year old had his own ensuite. The upstairs master is huge, complete with massive ensuite and walk in robe. We stayed in villa 409 so we also had ocean views from our balcony.

Relaxing stay with a giant pool to keep the kids busy. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, in need of an update, but still enjoyed the stay. Easy trip to Gili by boat for snorkeling and other parts in the north of Lombok.

The Pool Villa was spacious for 4 of us, the room was spotless.
The staff were very polite & helpfull always with smile, especially Mitha.
The beach was nice & clean.
The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner & Entertainment were amazing and it was free of charge for all the guess who stayed in the hotel.
We had a great time spending our New Year 2026 Holidays in this hotel.
The infinity pool in front of Pool Villas was a bit dirty with some dried leafs.
The Rinjani restaurant was a bit small to serve breakfast for a lot of guess, we were queing almost every morning, they should have opened Pool Villa Lounge to serve Pool Villa guesses breakfast.

We paid for a "Pool Villa", however we were requested by the resort NOT to use the pool due to a leak!
No compensation was offered, considering we paid extra to use a facility that the hotel did NOT want us to use. This is outrageous!
