Lå tæt på havet og en hyggelig havn
Værelse nummer 12 havde en fin havudsigt, men værelset trænger til en renovering, især badeværelset. Der var to stole, som også fremstod slidte. Værelset koster det samme, som et bedre istandsat værelse med havudsigt, hvilket ikke er rimeligt. Sengene var fine.
