About this house rental
This welcoming ski in/ ski out Cedars Townhouse sits directly on the slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unit is conveniently located in walking distance from dining, shopping and everything Main Street has to offer. The spacious townhouse has a three-bedroom layout and suitably sleeps nine people.
The living room has a newer, comfortable sitting area with a cozy gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining room table for all of the guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom is very spacious with a queen-sized bed and a newly remodeled bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom has a two-person jetted jacuzzi tub, a double vanity, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds as well as a captain’s bunk and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and its own bath.
This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

Great location! Had pretty much everything you need and you can ski out from the back door! House was fully furnished as well (needs a Keurig coffee maker in addition to the existing large pot coffee maker). Wished the living room tv had local tv option instead of only Xfinity since we could only watch random networks like Buzzr, Old game show networks, PBS, along with NBC and FOX news only for major city markets. Could only watch daily news on bedroom tvs. Door to get into garage has a terribly sticky lock that has to be turned in such a precise manner that it seemed multiple times we would not be able to get in. That needs to be replaced.

Loved being right on the slopes. Though you might have to "skate" or walk a little to make it actual ski in/out. Single car garage is nice to have. Distance to shared hottub wasn't bad (down the street). We used the clothes washer/dryer. Strange room layout (neutral comment). Lots of stairs/levels. The 2 twins in the bunk room were very/too "springy/soft". We chose to use the pullout couch instead, it was actually more comfortable, though it sleeps on angle with your feet lower than your head. (we only had 4 single adults).

let me first say, I have a VRBO beach house. Every time we go we pull a little maintenance. Every couple years we buy new pots, pans and utensils. You walk in this condo and right off the bat you can tell it needs maintenance. The bathroom faucet is coming loose, the light fixtures in the bathroom are hanging, the brick hearth is broken, the light bulbs are out or missing, all the batteries are dead and the pots and pans have been cut down to the metal. This is all an easy fix. BUT the location for skiing is fabulous!
