The hotel rooms were excellent, particularly the quality of the bed, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the warm atmosphere in the restaurant areas. Breakfast was great and added to the overall positive impression.
I also want to highlight how much I valued the under-cover parking facilities, especially as we were traveling with motorcycles. Additionally, the hotel’s central location made it very convenient.
One area that could be improved is the check-in process, which took a bit longer than expected. However, the friendliness of the staff helped balance this out.

Breakfast is a mess...only 1 egg station...and you can wait and wait....not enough tables...not enough coffee....we were waiting for simple black coffee for 40 min...then we went to coffee shop in clarens...

Hotel is nice, central with easy access to the Clarens square. Safe and secure parking - clean rooms, lovely breakfast.
second day early morning there seem to have been a burst sewage pipe - the smell kept me up. reception seem to have not been aware of any work being done on the property that might have led to the smell.
