First and foremost i Liked the friendly staff mainly at reception.
Thankyou because this is rare of late.
Secondly, very clean. Spacious. Good bar area, outdoor seating and plenty of parking around the back.
Our room was missing and iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Lady on reception insisted the room should have these items.
It wasn't a massive issue but annoying as i had to go back down to reception and retrieve items.

The hotel is close to Gatwick airport, easy to get to our car pack.
I am diabetic , I asked for my freezer pack to be put in the medicine fridge:freezer, but this was not done, I had to take my medication earlier then normal because I could not keep it cold for the flight. I have emailed the hotel and have been asured that the reception staff will be made aware of the need to follow request.
