Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do jeziora, blisko do sklepów i do centrum miasta. Okolica spokojna. Apartament jest wygodny, duży salon, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, dwie łazienki, klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze. Nie było żadnego problemu z odbiorem i oddaniem kluczy, personel odpowiada na wszystkie pytania. Taras duży na którym można odpocząć, zjeść posiłek i pobawić się z dziećmi. Dodatkowy balkon od strony kuchni. Parking wewnętrzny ogrodzony, miejsce bez problemu mimo braku klucza do bramy. Łóżka są wygodne. Najbardziej podobało się to że było dużo przestrzeni dla rodziny 6 osób. Chętnie tu wrócimy.
W łazienkach jest słaba wentylacja, nie otrzymaliśmy klucza do bramy parkingowej i trzeba było otwierać ręcznie , lodówka jest trochę zużyta, mało worków na śmieci.

Die Lage war super. In 10-15 Minuten ist man mitten in der schönen Stadt Riva mit Boutiquen und Restaurants. Die Größe des Appartements war perfekt. Es war auch sehr sauber.
Leider war die Wohnung ziemlich abgewohnt. Von der Elegance war wenig übrig, sondern es war eher eine Zusammenstellung von diversen Möbeln und viel Nippes. Die Lüftungen der Bäder funktionierten nicht, der Wasserkocher war defekt, die Kühlschranktür nicht mehr mit dem Schrank verbunden. Das Sofa haben wir nicht geschafft auszuklappen, so dass wir im Doppelbett zu Dritt geschlafen haben. Die Möbel hatten viele Abnutzungsspuren (u.a. einer Katze). Einige Möbel sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ein Hausmeister könnte viele Mängel im Objekt sicher schnell beseitigen. Im Vorfeld bekamen wir mehrfach zugesendet, dass ein Parkplatz am Objekt vorhanden wäre, aber dem ist nicht so.

Almost everything was OK.
Insufficient lighting in one of the bedrooms – only a single lamp on the bedside table, but due to lack of time and the long summer days, we didn’t address it. The accommodation offers the option to park in a private, gated parking area; however, there are no assigned spots, and it operates on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
The problem was getting through the gate, as we didn’t have keys for it, and despite informing them about the issue, nothing was done to resolve it. We always had to bother someone from the other apartments to open the gate for us. It was tiring, inconvenient, and disruptive.
Parking on the street was paid, and you couldn’t reserve a spot, so if there was none available, we had to park on other streets, pay for parking, and carry our belongings and luggage to and from the apartment. If you have to load and unload suitcases and five bicycles this way, it really spoils your stay…

Sehr viel Platz… Terrasse sehr gut
Bäder müssen unbedingt mal renoviert werden! Lüftung funktioniert nicht…alles sehr alt… keine Parkmöglichkeit in TG und freie Plätze für Hausbewohner.. im 30 Parteienanlage… wir haben 1800€ für eine Woche bezahlt- das war es definitiv nicht wert!
