Sa situation centrale et de fait tous les commerces et services à proximité
Un appareil qui pourrait être un climatiseur ou chauffage réversible qui ne faisait pas de froid et pas de notice pour son utilisation avec les mois chauds qui s’annoncent cela pourrait être ennuyeux

The door to apartment got stuck all the time, impossible to open. AC really old, noisy location.
