Family of 4 room was amazing! Comfortable and spacious! Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating! The pool is small, but super nice and relaxing with towels poolside! Taxi stand right out front of the hotel and super close to the port if going on a cruise. Would definitely stay here again when back in Barcelona!
Towels were a little rough for such a nice hotel would like softer towels

Freshly renovated and clean rooms
The behavior of the male staff at the reception: during the whole stay, but even at the check-in they never smiled or greeted, just hid behind their reception desk and when I checked out, they didn´t ask if I liked the stay or something like that, just: "Your room number.... "
The friendliest person in the hotel was the maid. I didn´t feel welcome! I travel a lot and this kind of behavior never happened to me before...What a shame!
